Hi, My name is Cristina I'm 49 years old and live in a beautiful apartment with my boyfriend, Juanín who is a nice guy from Asturias. I work in the mornings until 15h. I've been exchange student 3 years of my life in the US, Puerto Rico and UK so I speak english fluently. We are very calm, like to have walks arround the city, share time with family and friends and watch movies. We already host some foreigh students and they have been very happy living with us, we try to be supportive and helpful with everything our guests may need. You can walk very easily to Salamanca neighbourhood and to Avenida de América. In 1 minute you also have the bus stop and in 3 min the metro station. It's a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets right by our apartment, pharmacy, restaurants and little stores. Any question you may have please contact us. We also have a nice terrace to have some fresh air with a cup of coffee and a nice view. I have available to individual rooms with a 1 bathroom for the two bedrooms.

I rent two individual nice bedrooms, with wardrobes, table, tv, and individual bed.

The kitchen is to share is beautiful and full  of light.

We also have a nice terrace with a great view to Avenida de América.

The whole apartment was completely restores so it looks very clean and new.

Big livingroom and diningroom full of light and plants.

Its a very cozy apartment in the main Avenue of Parque de las Avenidas. Avenida de Bruselas. You will enjoy it!
