Describe the people who live in the property
Very friendly student atmosphere, with experience in hosting foreign students. We all speak several languages. Host: Cristina. My sons José María (27, and working in a Law firm) and Alvaro (25 and working in an Investment Fund) are living at home. My daughter Inés (26 and living in Paris) comes from time to time to Madrid.

Description

Bedroom of 12 sqm with 105 cm wide bed, large desk and 4 wardrobe units. Full modern bathroom incorporated into the room for his private use. Large window overlooking the courtyard, very large and quiet. It is separated from the other rooms and has total independence. Located in the north of Madrid, it is a residential area with superb metro and bus connections, bars, restaurants and shops, gym and cultural centres. The house has 200 sqm, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus the maid’s room for our housekeeper. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a separate TV room. And lots of light from a covered terrace overlooking the Paseo de la Castellana, with wide views and trees.
