Está totalmente renovada, todo con primeras calidades. Cuenta con colchón viscoelástico, máximo confort, ideal para el descanso.

Se entregan sábanas y toallas, hay vajilla, cubertería, etc. disponible para su uso.

Vivienda muy tranquila y bien equipada, ideal para estudiantes.

Gastos incluidos hasta 50€ por habitación/ mes.

Se pide un mes de fianza salvo para alumnos acreditamos de la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas y de IE University
