The house has five bedrooms with three bathrooms, and two rooms with a private bathroom are rented to two students, one per room, preferably girls. The room is fully furnished and bright. It faces the street with stunning views of Madrid and features double-glazed noise-proof windows. All utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning, a washing machine, and a change of sheets and towels are included. Breakfast, a coffee maker, a microwave, and storage space for food in a closet, refrigerator, and freezer are included. The building overlooks a roundabout, with two elevators and a doorman, and is two minutes from the Francos Rodríguez metro station. Excellent transport links, 20 minutes from Castellana and five minutes from the Dehesa de Villa Natural Park. The Francos Rodríguez metro station is located in front of the house.
