services of Innfamily.com, by subscribing to this ENGAGEMENT LETTER I undertake as a HOST to make available to INNFAMILY the accommodation described in my USER profile for the search of potential GUESTS in accordance to the<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/innfamily.online\/terms-and-conditions\/\"> General Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span> of the platform.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I accept that Innfamily.com, in consideration for the booking services provided, and having found a GUEST eligible and accepted by me for accommodation in my home, will charge, and I undertake its entire payment, a Service Fee consisting of a percentage of one monthly rent of the lease as indicated in the table attached.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I also understand that Innfamily.com will charge the amount of the first monthly rent&nbsp;(or the total amount of the lease contract in case of stays for a length of less than one month) directly to the GUEST found for accommodation in my place, amount that INNFAMILY will transfer to my current account deducting the amount of the above mentioned Service Fee corresponding to Innfamily.com plus its corresponding Value Added Tax.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Innfamily.com will accordingly transfer to me the corresponding net amount, as well as the invoice for the accepted Service Fee (with applicable taxes according to the legislation in force at any time), once the lease contract between the HOST and the GUEST has been executed, and in any case 48 hours after the GUEST&#8217;s entry into the accommodation site as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions accepted by the HOST upon registration as a USER of the platform.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>By subscribing to this ENGAGEMENT LETTER, I expressly accept the General Terms and Conditions of the INNFAMILY website, and I confirm that I know and comply with all the legal policies explained on the website.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In particular, by subscribing to this ENGAGEMENT LETTER I expressly accept the Data Protection policy of Innfamily.com and confirm that I have been informed of my right to request corrections, modifications or updates to my personal data always in the exclusive scope of use of my personal data in my relation with Innfamily.com and limited to the services
